Polyaspartic Urethane

When you are looking for a durable and dead UV stable floor you don’t want to use any material other than polyaspartic.  Unlike epoxy when polyaspartic is in direct sunlight the coating won’t yellow.  This material also has some compliance so when objects are dropped, they are less likely it is less likely to chip.  This doesn’t mean they are indestructible, if an object is large enough to chip concrete it’ll most likely take a piece out of the coating too.  Another one of the pros to using polyaspartic is that the return to service is quick, as the material is fully cured the next day.  One problem new people in the business can run into is when there’s high moisture content in the air, because the material is moisture reactant.  If you don’t move quickly on a damp day you can wind up with a finish full of roller marks.  If it is a rainy day and moisture hits the reacting material, you can wind up with blisters in the floor.  With those facts in mind, it’s always good to work with a company with decades of combined experience using this material.

If your business it at risk of people dropping heavier objects on it this is your coating.  If your project has a lot of direct sun exposure we'd recommend this product.  Some very practical applications are in mechanic shops, warehouses with heavy fork truck travel and storefronts with big sliding doors and windows.
