Wearhouses tend to be vast areas typically not requiring a high cosmetic finish.  The most economic solution would be grind and seal.  This will give you a satin concrete finish. Most of the dust throught a wearhouse is from the latence, which is the top layer of the concrete which flake off.  By grinding that surface off then sealing it the concrete will no longer contribute to the dust in the space. The now smooth surface is much more sweepable. It will also keep the dust down providing a much cleaner environment for not only people but the products stored there.
