Epoxy
Epoxy is a great choice of material when coating a vast warehouse that doesn’t take a lot of abuse and doesn’t sustain UV light. This product is very scratch resistant but can have problems with falling objects that make direct downward contact. This is because the material is very brittle. This materials number 1 benefit is that it is a much cheaper alternative to polyaspartic while still leaving you with the coated finish.

• Will yellow with UV
• Slippery when wet
• Brittle
• Longer return to service
Cleanability
Because this material is seamless it make maintenance easy. If cleaned with soap and water and cared for, your floor could easily last for 15+ years. Avoid using any type of super abrasive scrubbing brushes.
Practical Applications
This material is great for light warehousing and medical facilities. Thanks to the cleanability they are a good choice in clean rooms and on research lab floors.
