Mechanical Rooms

These spaces are critical for business to coat.  If water tanks or sprinkler rooms ever burst these coatings can act as a bathtub.  They are impermeable to a leak in a mechanical room and can be isolated without the threat of water damage creeping into the rest of the building.  They are also a super cleanable surface, incase of a  mechanical equipment leak of oil at any point.
